Evergreen Mortgage Advisers, LLC does not have any affiliates as of the date of this revision.

Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
Lenders, Appraisers, Underwriters and Processors, Credit Providers and Reporting Agencies, Real Estate Agents, Title/Escrow, Third Party Service Providers, and Government and Regulatory Agencies.

Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Evergreen Mortgage Advisers, LLC does not participate in joint marketing as of the date of this revision.
