Our commitment

Evergreen Mortgage Advisers is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, or who navigate primarily by keyboard. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we've built in

• Color combinations chosen for sufficient contrast
• Support for reduced-motion preferences for visitors sensitive to animation

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing process, not a one-time fix. As we add new content and features, we review them with accessibility in mind. Some elements on this site — including third-party tools like our live rate widget, market ticker, and scheduling calendar — are provided by outside services, and while we choose reputable providers, we cannot guarantee their full compliance with accessibility standards.
