I started Evergreen because I was tired of watching people get talked at instead of talked to during one of the biggest financial decisions of their life.
Before this, I spent years learning the mortgage industry from the inside — the products, the underwriting, the fine print nobody explains. Now I use that to help people who don't fit the standard mold: homeowners exploring how a reverse mortgage actually works, self-employed borrowers whose income doesn't show up cleanly on a tax return, and real estate investors evaluating financing beyond a typical purchase loan.
When you work with our team, we will walk you through every option in plain language, answer your questions honestly even when the answer is complicated, and stay with you from application through closing day. As Qualified Individual, I carry direct responsibility for the standards this firm operates by — that's not a title I take lightly, and it's not one I delegate.
